Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom and personalized products are final sale and non-refundable. By placing an order, you confirm that all spellings, selections, and design details are correct. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
If you wish to request a change after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@jullist.com. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including designs, logos, images, text, and product concepts — is the exclusive property of Jullist Avenue and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
We aim to fulfill all orders in a timely manner. Custom orders are typically processed and shipped within the timeframe specified at checkout. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier delays. We ship worldwide; however, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred.
Returns & Damages
As stated in our Return Policy, custom orders are final sale. In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@jullist.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the website are in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Orders will be charged at the price displayed at the time of checkout. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
